Believing that Texas
has in its young people a reservoir of creative
ability equal to that to be found anywhere, the
Texas Visual Arts Association offers this competition
to enable and encourage gifted high school students
to seek further training in art. The competition
is for Texas students in grades 10 -12. Winners
receive monetary awards, merchandise awards, and
scholarships so they can continue with their education
in the arts. |
