Auditors are welcome ($125 for each one-week session).

Applications and accompanying recordings will be accepted until enrollment is filled. Enrollment is limited, so early application is highly advised. Notification of acceptance will be mailed within ten days of receipt of application materials.

* Students not currently studying with Elan faculty are required to submit an Audition Tape representing 10-15 minutes of repertoire showing musical and technical proficiency as well as two letters of recommendation from recognized musicians. In addition these students should also submit a repertoire list including etude books, concertos, short pieces, sonatas (including works by J.S. Bach) and chamber music he or she has studied.

**After you have received a letter of acceptance you will then be required to complete payment of tuition by the first day of classes. Limited financial aid is available based on merit and/or financial need. To request financial aid, please email Ronald Neal at Ronald.Neal@utdallas.edu.

Housing:

The cost of housing is NOT included in the Festival price.

Refund:

Tuition is 100% refundable until May 9. Tuition is 50% refundable until May 23. Tuition is non-refundable after May 23.
